We specialise in all female fastener products to specific customer drawings and specifications in Carbon Steels, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper and Aluminium.
Capacity: Ø4mm – Ø60mm (M4 – M48) in diameter and any length up to 250mm long. Medium to Large batch quantities in a vast array of materials and industry coating finishes

Manufactured to specific customer drawings and specifications in Mild Steels to High Tensile Steels, Stainless Steel, Brass, copper and Aluminium.
Capacity: Ø4mm – Ø50mm (M4 – M48) in diameter and any length up to 500mm long. Medium to Large batch quantities in a vast array of materials and industry coating finishes.
Plastic & rubber injection moulded parts
Small to medium sized components, sourced and manufactured in China enabling economical tooling, development and quality products.
Capacity: Ranging from 20T-500T machines providing medium to high volume production batches for small to medium sized components. In materials; Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR / EPDM), Acetal, Silicone FDA, Nitrile, Neoprene, Thermoplastics & Polyurethane.
Metal pressings, welded assemblies & tube manipulation
On site facilities and engineering expertise, offering an extensive product range and service in this most niche of fields.
Capacity: Small to Medium parts (40T – 250T presses) in Mild Steel & Stainless Steel up to 10mm thick.
We can use our sub-contract laser cutting service to offer up to 30mm thick materials with quick turn-around with no tooling costs.
CNC turned components (Multi-spindle / Sliding head / 5 Axis milling / Etc.)
We offer the full range of CNC turning on small to large components, from prototype to large batch production runs.
Capacity: Ø4mm – Ø65mm (M4 – M56) in diameter and any length up to 300mm long. In materials such as steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminium (Plus special alloys and exotic materials.)
